Prospective authors are encouraged to submit an original, unpublished research paper (not already under review in any other conference or journal) from one of the given tracks for publication at ICSEEIS 2025. Submissions must be plagiarism-free and in English only.

Research must be conducted with integrity, presenting findings objectively and accurately. Authors must ensure their work is original and properly cite any sources used. Plagiarism and simultaneous submissions to multiple journals are unacceptable. All co-authors must agree on the final version of the manuscript before submission
Peer-reviewed manuscripts are confidential documents. Information gained during the review process must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviews should be objective and constructive, providing clear and supported observations to help authors improve their work. Reviewers with conflicts of interest, such as competitive relationships with the authors, should decline the review request.
