 SV College of Engineering (SVCE) is a part of the SV Colleges group established in 2007 with a vision to become a leader in providing quality educational services creating value by offering superior educational programs, supported by exceptional service. The college has a goal of evolving into a hub of academic research. The college is affiliated to JNTUA and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. SVCE offers UG Courses (CE, CSE, CSM, CSC, CSD, ECE, EEE, IT & ME), PG Courses (VLSI, CSE, MCA & MBA). SVCE was Conferred Autonomous status by UGC, New Delhi in the year 2020. All Programmes of SVCE are accredited by NBA and NAAC with a grade ’A’.  The college has been ranked in the 201-300 band in the NIRF 2025 National Ranking. The campus is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and classrooms with Digital boards to make teaching and learning simpler and more enjoyable. The central library has a large collection of books, journals, and online resources for the benefit of students and faculty.

The Department has highly qualified rich experienced faculty intending to provide quality education. The Department has Excellent infrastructural facilities and is equipped with full-fledged laboratories and audio-visual systems. The department focuses its research on Renewable Energy Sources, Hybrid Electric Vehicles, Power Electronic Converters, Battery Management Systems, Smart Grids, etc., The department established the COE of LabVIEW Academy from National Instruments.
